Millbrook Cottage releases Ryder Cup 2010 dates for booking

Llangenny, 16th February 2010 – The Millbrook Cottage team have today announced availability for the Ryder Cup 2010 dates. The cottage is now open for bookings from Friday 24th September 2010 through to Friday the 8th of October.

“The release of these dates means that visitors coming to the area to enjoy the Ryder Cup can book either the full fortnight to enjoy the practise days and the competition or simple book the second week to catch the main action” explains owner, Gill Jones. “The Ryder Cup will be the biggest sporting event ever to be held in Wales and with an estimated 250,000 visitors expected, good quality accommodation will be booked up quickly. Millbrook Cottage is just 30 miles or a 35 minute drive from the event so we are perfectly placed to offer a fantastic base from which to enjoy the golfing action.”

Millbrook Cottage which has recently been awarded it’s 5-star Visit Wales grading sleeps 5 in 4 well-appointed bedrooms. The house has a kitchen/diner and utility room fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. Downstairs there is also a comfortable sunroom, living room with original cast-iron range, a single bedroom and modern shower room. Upstairs has 2 single bedrooms, a master bedroom and a newly fitted bathroom. All bedrooms feature wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables and quality linen and towels are provided.
